Wanted to keep with my writing trend. My “third” interview went pretty well. And by pretty well, I mean the GM got really irked when he couldn’t find my paperwork and I sat around in the office twiddling my thumbs.

Tomorrow after my other job I get to go pee in a cup. Yay.

More or less, I’m a shoe in for the job. Gotta go back tomorrow after my other job (which I am keeping) for the second interview and likely an appointment to pee in a cup.

Yesterday I dealt with the itch to write all day, but rather than sit down and write, I watched Dinosaurs. I’d forgotten how adult the show really was, to be honest. The itch is still there. I blame this blog for it. Not to say I’m not grateful that it’s there, I just need to make myself do it.

I’ve been wrestling with the idea of making the writing public and trying to do a serial novel on the web. There’s money to be made, for sure, but it’s not quite the same as having a hardcopy of a book in ones hands. I’d also like to have a reader base before I started posting chapters. Which is fine, since I don’t have a reader base at the moment it gives me time to write buffer chapters and get people interested in what I have to say.

Day two and already I’m thinking about writing. This is a good sign, right? And already Devi, my husky is bellowing at the top of her lungs to be let out of the kitchen. One would think she has to use the bath room, but no, it’s just a cry for attention since the other dogs have no desire to play with her at the moment.

Unfortunately, ignoring her does not make this problem go away, it only makes it worse.

I was hoping to play some SoulCalibur on the 360 today, but it turns out one of our friends borrowed the copy and has never given it back. Sucks to be me. There’s always Wii fit or I could turn my attentions back to where they’ve been lately and hop aboard the WoW train. Level 78 on my main, my others are still level 70, but if I can get one to 80, I can get the other two and possibly my new deathknight there, too.

I’m also, as girly as it sounds, debating actually fixing my hair and doing the makeup thing today. There’s something about new clothes that make me want to go all out in the accessory department. Usually only once though, so gotta make it count.

I’ve clearly been silent for much too long. According to my old blogs almost three years silent. I’m surprised I’ve kept quiet this long. Shocking really. My old blogs were the typical “No one understands me, I’m going to QQ on the internet to the faceless” and then there was my one dedicated to World of Warcraft.

I’m hoping this one will be a bit different. There will still likely be references to my day to day life and an odd gaming reference here and there, but mostly I’d like to write something people might actually want to, you know, read.

Thrown into my catering to the masses will likely be a bit of odd social comentary and just general snark, because, let’s be honest, who doesn’t love snark? And who knows? I might actually work up the courage to continue working on my novel and post bits and pieces here for your viewing pleasure.
